We take great pains to make sure all garments that go out our doors are the highest, most consistent quality attainable. When you open our box, you should be able to close your eyes and not worry about what you will find inside. Whether it is a complete packaged product or just a blank, our rigorous quality control team works overtime to ship you product you will be totally content with.

    All fabric lots are tested for shrinkage, color fastness and weight before they are cut and sent out for sewing.

    Consistent in line audits enable our manufacturing team to catch any possible problems or issues with spec and/or fabric.

    4.0 AQL standard used to audit all fabric lots for conformity to spec as well as inspection for fabric flaws. 

    Inspection is also performed as printed product is coming out of the dryer and in the final packaging area.
